Ingredients:

Potatoes- 350 Gms (Boiled and peeled)
Beans- 250 Gms (Trimmed and blanched)
Bacon- 100 Gms (Sliced into long strips and fried)
Salt- 1tsp
Pepper corns- 1 tsp (Grounded)
Oil- 4tbsp

Prep:

• Wash the potatoes and boil them in a pressure cooker for 8-10mins.
• Meanwhile, wash and trim the beans and blanch them for 8-10mins.
• Wash the bacon and slice them into long strips.
• Heat up oil in pan and fry the bacon slices till they are crispy and golden then transfer to
a bowl to keep it from soaking the oil.
• Remove the potatoes from the fire and cool. Then, peel the potatoes and cut into halves
length wise.
• Remove the beans and transfer them to cold/chilled water to keep the beans green in
colour.
• Heat up some oil in the pan again and add the bacon. Now, add the potatoes and beans
and stir well.
• Ground the pepper corns in a mortar and pestle then add pepper and salt.
• Stir for a few minutes then remove from fire and serve.

• Remove the beans and transfer them to cold/chilled water to keep the beans green in
colour.
• Heat up some oil in the pan again and add the bacon. Now, add the potatoes and beans
and stir well.
• Ground the pepper corns in a mortar and pestle then add pepper and salt.
• Stir for a few minutes then remove from fire and serve.
